Nordic Sport South Coast Regional Championships (U7 – U17’s)

Regional Championships primarily provide friendly Regional Competition for all athletes in the U7 – U17 age groups.  These competitions are also the means for qualifying for the McDonald’s State Championships.

Eligibility and Progression

All LAQ Registered U7 – U17’s athletes are eligible to compete.

U9’s – U17 athletes competing in the Regional Championships who place 1st – 3rd (Winter Regions) or 1st – 4th (Summer Regions) may progress to the McDonald’s State Championships held in March.

Additional entry to the McDonald’s State Championships is available for athletes who compete in a final at the Regional Championships and who achieve the “Qualifying Performance Level” for that event.
